So a Group of Arse-Heads Get Together and Decide to Put Another Arse-Head in Charge

So how is this year's US election different from earlier elections?

There have been other close elections that illustrate a deeply divided US electorate. But emotions have been higher this year than in most previous elections, with large numbers of black Americans promising to riot or assassinate Romney if the Republican were elected. The element of designed racial division on the part of the Obama campaign made this year's election a more dangerous battleground.

This year, a lot of problems were intentionally and successfully swept under the rug over a period of several months, to avoid getting voters upset with the ruling regime.

The news media were largely responsible for shaping the battlefield, and will have to bear final responsibility -- perhaps on a personal level, in some cases.

The US has been getting in deeper and deeper trouble, the longer that Obama has been in office, and too many arseheads appear determined to stay the course no matter where it leads.

US blacks are the biggest losers -- a fact made exquisitely poignant by the role that they themselves played in putting themselves in this position.

Putin's Russia has to be happy, since anything that weakens the US helps to strengthen Russia's relative position in the world.

China has to be ambivalent, at best. Four more years of Obama may put the US irrevocably on the road to default of its debt -- much of which is held by China.

Europe is another big loser, likewise poignantly so due to Europe's long unrequited love affair with the narcissistic US ruler.

Was the election rigged? That is the wrong question. The question is: How badly was the election rigged? No one will ever know the answer to that, although it is almost certain that Romney actually won the popular vote -- if one could remove all the dead voters, multiple voters, mentally incompetent voters, and general ballot stuffing and vote manipulation.

The electoral college reality will have to remain unknown due to the distributed and modular / cellular nature of the cheating that occurred across the battleground states.

The US is not quite as bad as Cuba or Venezuela. But it is well on the road.

Be Prepared for Obama Zombies to Riot if Obama Loses

Twitter supporters of President Obama have been threatening to riot if Obama loses this week's presidential election. Threats to assassinate Romney are also picking up, as the very tight election approaches.

A few weeks ago, Twitchy reported on Twitter users threatening to riot if President Obama loses to GOP rival Mitt Romney. With four days to go until Election Day, we decided this is a topic worth revisiting. The results of our Twitter searches are not pretty:

Those are just the riot threats posted today (Friday November 2nd). It is reasonable to assume that hundreds more were posted prior to today — all of them ignored by a complacent, biased mainstream media.

Interestingly, the threats made today were posted exclusively by supporters of President Obama. We weren’t able to find even one Republican threatening to riot if Mitt Romney loses.

Granted, most of these riot threats were probably made in jest, but a few may be serious. People who do not respect property rights and have little regard for the rules governing civil society have been known to riot over matters of less importance than a presidential election.

Our advice: Be prepared.

_Twitchy

Oh, yes. Best be prepared. Always hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.

At least half of Obama supporters are several cards shy of a full deck of playing cards. It wouldn't take much to set them off like a load of old dynamite, with nitroglycerin bleeding all over the surface.

When traveling through the US, be careful where you go over the next several weeks -- regardless of who wins the election. Just as rabid sports fans will riot whether their teams win or lose, so with Obama zombies.

If Trayvon Martin Behaved Like a Thug, Why Is He Treated Like a Hero?

With a single punch, Trayvon Martin decked the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who eventually shot and killed the unarmed 17-year-old, then Trayvon climbed on top of George Zimmerman and slammed his head into the sidewalk several times, leaving him bloody and battered, authorities have revealed to the Orlando Sentinel.

...Trayvon asked Zimmerman if he had a problem. Zimmerman said no and reached for his cell phone, he told police.

Trayvon then said, "Well, you do now" or something similar and punched Zimmerman in the nose.

Zimmerman fell to the ground and Trayvon got on top of him and began slamming his head into the sidewalk, he told police.

Zimmerman began yelling for help.

Several witnesses heard those cries, and there's been a dispute about from whom they came: Zimmerman or Trayvon.

Lawyers for Trayvon's family say it was Trayvon, but police say their evidence indicates it was Zimmerman.

One witnesses, who has since talked to local television news reporters, told police he saw Zimmerman on the ground with Trayvon on top, pounding him and was unequivocal that it was Zimmerman who was crying for help.

Zimmerman then shot Trayvon once in the chest from very close range, according to authorities.

When police arrived less than two minutes later, Zimmerman was bleeding from the nose, had a swollen lip and had bloody lacerations to the back of his head.

Paramedics gave him first aid, but he said no to going to the hospital. He got medical care the next day. _OrlandoSentinel
There is a lot of evidence yet to be reviewed by all of the prosecutors and special prosecutors which have been appointed by local, state, and federal authorities.

But one thing is very clear: US President Obama and almost the entire skankstream media has wasted no time annointing Trayvon Martin as a saint and a hero, and demonising Zimmerman as a "white hispanic vigilante racist killer." (New York Times)

President Obama even went so far as to suggest that Trayvon Martin might have been his son . . . or could have looked like his son.... if he had ever had a son . . . or something equally vapid and politically correct. The rallies, marches, and extravaganzas being promoted by professional rabble such as Rev. Sharpton, and the complicity of the media and the Obama administration in the entire dunghill circus, is nauseating and reprehensible.

The regrettable confrontation that resulted in the death of young Trayvon Martin, appears at this point to have been a preventable tragedy. But nothing that US President Obama, the media, or the professional rabble is doing will prevent future tragedies of this type from occurring. Just the opposite. In fact, Obama and his supporters seem to be intentionally turning up the heat in the hopes that further tragedy will occur -- tragedy that they can and will happily use for political gain.

Is this case headed for the political abyss?

More On Obama's Green Crony Crusades

Putting green lipstick on a pig doesn’t turn that pig into Ralph Nader. A full generation after the movement kicked off, too many greens are still clueless babes in the woods, regularly taken to the cleaners by cunning and clever corporate interests who know how to say all the right words. Like ethanol, solar and subsidy.

There may be a dumber mass movement in the country than the fuzzy minded sentimentalists of the great green herd, but it isn’t easy to figure out which mass movement that would be. _WalterRusselMead

There is no pig like political pigs feeding from the public trough. And no one lays on a better pigfest for his supporters and cronies than the current US President, Barack H. Obama.

at least 10 members of Obama’s finance committee and more than a dozen of his campaign bundlers were big winners in getting your money. At the same time, several politicians who supported Obama managed to strike gold by launching alternative-energy companies and obtaining grants. How much did they get? According to the Department of Energy’s own numbers ... a lot. In the 1705 government-backed-loan program, for example, $16.4 billion of the $20.5 billion in loans granted as of Sept. 15 went to companies either run by or primarily owned by Obama financial backers—individuals who were bundlers, members of Obama’s National Finance Committee, or large donors to the Democratic Party. The grant and guaranteed-loan recipients were early backers of Obama before he ran for president, people who continued to give to his campaigns and exclusively to the Democratic Party in the years leading up to 2008. Their political largesse is probably the best investment they ever made in alternative energy. It brought them returns many times over. _Newsweek

Occupy Sit-Ins: Nostalgia for the 60's, or Haven for Rape and Pedophilia?

According to Walter Russell Mead, the Occupy movement's sit-ins and demonstrations remind him a lot of similar leftist demonstration in the US 1960's.
The news that 175 people were arrested over the weekend in a Chicago OWS protest started me thinking about the ritualized nature of left demonstrations. The drums, the chants, the defiance, the arrests — and, sometimes, the glass smashing and the fire setting: it all unfolds according to a predictable pattern that in its modern form is essentially unchanged since the Vietnam War.

...Back in the day, when most workers in American industry had workweeks of seventy and eighty hours, had little or no formal education and lacked the money and the leisure to do much about politics as individuals, mass demonstrations really meant something. People were giving up all the leisure time they had in a week, they were risking being blacklisted — losing their jobs and being blocked from working in their field in a time with no unemployment insurance or social safety net — and they were walking into situations where “police brutality” meant getting killed or disabled, with no lawsuits or compensation.

...Those demonstrations were often the only way people had to show what was on their minds and how deeply they felt. These days, when the electorate is being constantly polled, and cable news channels are feverishly tracing every tiny tick in public opinion, demonstrations don’t really tell us anything. Nor do they change things much; if the Tea Party had stopped with rallies, it would have been forgotten very quickly. It was only when Tea Party activists stopped dressing up in those ridiculous three cornered hats and started organizing, fundraising and attending town halls that the movement had a substantive impact. _WalterRussellMead
He does have a point. The Occupy protestors are either professional activists, unemployed dropouts, or union agitators on the make -- with a few anarchists, pedophiles, and other career criminals to add diversity.

At the Cleveland Occupy sit-in, a young girl was raped -- and the organisers apparently tried to cover it up. At the Baltimore Occupy sit-ins, the cover-up machine is in full pre-emptive swing. At the Seattle Occupy sit-in, a pedophile was out exposing himself to young children. And how many other incidents are we not hearing about, because the politically correct clamp-down is in full effect. Remember: If it shows Obama and his supporters in a bad light, the skankstream media will simply ignore it.

It is instructive to look at the riots occurring on the tiny island of Mayotte. The native islanders -- largely unemployed and on the dole -- have gone on the rampage, demanding much more generous welfare benefits from the paternal French protectors of the island. How do these island riots -- and similar riots on French islands in the Caribbean -- relate to the Occupy movement?

It is quite simple. Persons who are largely outside the productive wealth-generating system of a society will often demand to be supported by the government apparatus of redistribution, once they feel they have the political power to make those demands. Rather than gaining the skills, competencies, and expertise to become part of the productive, wealth-generating segment of society themselves, they choose to use the threat of violence and civil disorder to extort redistributionist "tribute" from the state.

The Occupy sit-ins are not about justice in any meaningful sense of the word. Instead, they are about moolah. They are about taking money from productive persons and transferring that money to layabouts, so that they can continue to pay their bills while laying about.

Readers who remember discussions here about psychological neoteny, the flight from childhood responsibility, and the lack of meaningful rites of passage in modern child-raising, will start to understand how movements such as Occupy can gain traction -- even in a modern society.

The Age of Professional Activists: Protest as a Permanent Avocation

Billionaire George Soros who is backing the protests for reasons still not clear will probably have to rethink.

On Monday one of the demonstrators wore a T-shirt with the message, "The present is struggle. The future is ours. - Che". Another protestor had a placard with the Latin American revolutionary Che Guevara on it, and it read: "Si se puede - The workers' struggle has no borders". _allAfrica
Left-wing Obama supporters, ‘Occupy Wall Street’ protesters have continued a third week of demonstrations conveying “hope” that President Barack Obama will continue on with “change” and his path of socialist reforms and anti-capitalist government policies.

The movement has earned the financial support and public endorsement of [billionaire curency market manipulator] George Soros, which means Obama may soon coordinate community activism from the White House. _DallasBlog
Marketwatch

...what are OccupyLA, Occupy Wall Street and other movements like them? What do they think about? Where do they hope to get?

“Our message right now is very vague. It’s left vague, slightly intentionally,” Davis says as passing cars honk in support and news cameras lurk nearby. “What we’re trying to do is unify a voice.”

Such is life in New York, Los Angeles and other venues throughout the U.S. for those that have taken up this “vague” cause that seems to have put a bulls-eye on Wall Street’s back. Bands of mostly young adults are gathering in normally peaceful settings to generally express their outrage over the inequity between the haves and have-nots. _Marketwatch
Who is paying these people to sit around and "protest" for weeks at a time? Labour unions? Community organiser grous like ACORN? Obama's DNC? Difficult to say. But the blatant lack of an agenda -- other than to support Obama when he is down -- is rubbing some genuine activists the wrong way.
“If you are doing a protest you need to have an agenda. If you wake up in the morning and poke a guitar, take a drum downtown and someone is singing and another one is dancing and movie stars are coming and saying do this, do that… and everyone is confused, you’ll be there for a long time.”
Some pundits believe that a likely avenue for Occupy Wall Street is to develop into a left-wing version of the conservative Tea Party movement.
The Tea Party has likewise lacked unity over much other than anger at the status quo. Yet it proved a powerful weapon during the 2010 congressional elections.
According to this scenario, the youth-driven activists of Occupy Wall Street would then reignite Obama’s tattered base just in time for what will likely be a bitter reelection fight in 2012.
A budding alliance between the activists and high-profile trade unions already has the potential to generate considerable street power. _BigGovernment
To be sustained, such a pointless, waste-of-time movement requires some deep-pockets supporters, such as George Soros, organised labour, big-money green movements, and socialist / communist movements which get their money from the international shadows.
NYTimes Graphs Ascent of Activist Media Whores

With the bandwagon alliance of media whore protestors and the mainstream media growing and firming up nicely, expect to see more protests -- perhaps with a bit more gratuitous violence for extra emphasis. At least until the weather grows nasty in the northern US states. At that point, the protests may move into the sun belt.

As long as George Soros and the other big money backers of Obama wish to keep up the charade of serious protests, US media consumers are apt to be hammered by this pretend activism political street theatre. You can get a lot of activism as long as you are willing to pay for it.

The Tea Party activists, on the other hand, held limited events, and always cleaned up after themselves. They had jobs and families to attend to after all, and they took their responsibilities seriously.

The Obama style professional troupe of activists, on the other hand, just live to do what they are doing. They are protesting, you see, for the status quo. A very odd breed of activist indeed.

Obama's War Against Private Sector Jobs

As the economy suffers this employment migraine, its causes come into sharper focus. Instead of providing relief, President Obama and his party have aggravated an already grim employment picture. _WS

Obama's personal character has not developed at all since he was a young radical, sitting at his mother's knee. As long as he is allowed to strut and prance upon the public stage, posturing like a brain-dead peacock, he will continue to do so. He will learn nothing from his failures, as he has learned less than nothing from his successes. His zombie followers have found their perfect role model.
Americans want a president that brings the country together, a leader who tries to unify, not divide. But, instead, Obama serves up fiery, campaign-like speeches fingering business leaders as boardroom bogeymen, not job creators. _WS

On the Road to George Soros' America: 42 million and Rising

Source

About 42 million Americans now subsist on food stamps, with a continued substantial rise as the Obama Pelosi regime continues to pursue its Soros-backed agenda. But Ms. Pelosi tells us that food stamps are a sign of prosperity. Should we believe her?
At a press conference in her home town of San Francisco, Pelosi explained that the program’s multiplier effect –the amount of money generated in the local economy as the result of the subsidy– far exceeds the nearly $60 billion spent this year by the federal government and is a sure-fire way to stimulate the economy. For every dollar a person receives in food stamps, Pelosi said that $1.79 is put back into the economy. The U.S. Department of Agriculture cites an even higher figure of $1.84.

“It is the biggest bang for the buck when you do food stamps and unemployment insurance. The biggest bang for the buck,” she said.

New Obama/Pelosi plan for our economy: Put EVERYONE on food stamps and unemployment and watch the multiplier effect turn this thing around.

Let’s have the government spend $2 trillion on food stamps and we’ll get back $3.68 trillion. We’ll all be rich. Why haven’t we been doing this all along? _BigGovernment

It is a strange sort of logic that drives these fools in their quest toward universal government dependency -- for the little people, that is. A queer type of entitlement mentality pervades the ruling classes, the ones who know what is best for you.

If Americans ever do get involved in politics again -- as was intended by the founding fathers -- a lot of the members of the ruling class will have a lot of 'splainin' to do.

Obama's Nasty Pet Pigs Pollute Nation's Capital

The great gathering of socialist pigs came to Washington for a group whine, and when they left, piles of their trash remained behind -- dropped and scattered everywhere. This is in contrast with a recent rally by anti-Obama groups, who left the DC mall in pristine condition. Some political animals are humans, others -- Obama's -- are pigs. I understand bedbugs are making a comeback in government offices and residencies in DC as well.
There appeared to be just one person cleaning up when TheDC was there Sunday. In the southeast corner by the National World War II Memorial, he was shoving trash into a long-handled dustpan with a single broom.

He said he was a subcontractor for the city and while the gentleman didn’t wish to be named, he probably wouldn’t mind being called ‘Hercules.’ When approached by TheDC, Hercules was immediately and noticeably grumpy.

Hercules said he had been cleaning up the area around the Memorial since 6 a.m. and expected to be there for “at least” 12 hours.

“They should have planned more,” he said. “There should have been a clean-up crew.”

Hercules said he also helped clean-up after Glenn Beck’s “Restoring Honor” rally and as a result he was in good position to judge the cleanliness of the respective rally protesters. Not only was the “Restoring Honor” rally tidier, according to Hercules, but the “One Nation” rally downright dirty.

“I was at the other one too,” he said. “So I’ve seen both. I know the difference.”

“This group” just didn’t get it, he continued. “Let’s just say: I’m in a bad mood.”

On a visit to Washington with her daughter, California resident Pam Hewitt didn’t think much of the protestors who left their droppings all over the Mall.

“People … have the freedom of the speech and to assemble and all that, but to leave this much trash behind is just disrespectful,” she said.

Neither Flo McAfee nor Andrea Alford, representatives of the “One Nation” rally, were available for comment on Sunday — despite numerous attempts. The environmentally-friendly Sierra Club, one of the sponsors of the rally, could not be reached for comment either. _DailyCaller
All of this is not really surprising, since we have seen the same contrast between the aftermath of duelling rallies before. Something about Obama that simply attracts pigs.

Don't Cry for Me, Obamanistas!

An Argentinian Photo Album
When the leader of the world's superpower consciously embarks on a mission to destroy the integrity of his nation's economic and political infrastructure, one should understand the perversely tragic aspects of the situation. Mr. Obama's dreams of conquest over the evils of the colonial western world are near their climax. It is unfortunate that he lacks the insight into his own motivations, and that he fails to see the parallels between his own suicidally quixotic quest, and the many similar futile quests of leftist justice over the past century and more.

20 years after the collapse of Soviet Eastern Europe, and as Chavez' Venezuela falters and Castro is acknowledging the failure of his own revolution, Mr. Obama has just begun to institute his own revolution of destruction against the Great Satan of the Islamists, and the bane of leftists around the world.

Although it is still the world's superpower military hegemon and the economic anchor of the world's economy, the steep upward trajectory of the US government's debt was already a cause of concern even before Mr. Obama was elected. But Obama has increased the acceleration of economic doom by an order of magnitude -- and in so many ways that it is impossible not to suspect that it is an intentional agenda of destruction. The Obama Pelosi regime has made sure that there is no political way out of the quagmire, despite the worst the Tea Party may try to achieve to restore constitutional government.

Obama's plan does amount to an elaborate revolution and bloodless coup against the constitutional political and economic protections put in place over 2 centuries ago. The energy starvation aspects of the Obama Pelosi regime alone are enough to destroy the private sector eventually, but the hidden malignant aspects of Obamacare and the Dodd-Frank act -- among many other new regulations, provisions, and laws -- will accelerate the destruction beyond the comprehension of those who think in simple political and economic terms. And so it goes without end -- an ambitious coup against the "negative aspects" of the US Constitution. Because Mr. Obama's genius cannot be constrained by such an ancient document of restraint.

And so it comes down to insurrection. But a bloodless coup does not require a bloody insurrection to counter it. In fact, Americans should not even want the America that existed before Obama's election -- although Obama Pelosi has made many Americans look back with nostalgia to pre-OP times.

What kind of insurrection will it take to bring about a constitutional government with equal protections under the law and abundant opportunities for expanding the economy?

A comment on a previous article -- which mentioned voluntary alteration of tax compliance by citizens -- contains the beginning of an idea which needs to be expanded and transformed. But governments cannot go on indefinitely spending more than they receive. The government printing press contains the ink of its own destruction, as the Perons of Argentina and other tyrannical populists throughout history have learned to their regret.

More on the peaceful insurrection later.

Testimony Against Obama's Justice Department -- Racial Bias

A policy of systematic racial bias appears to be in place at the Obama Justice Department. Besides the failure to prosecute the racist New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation and other infractions of voting rights law, the Obama Justice Department has apparently chosen to systematically disregard cases where the victims were white and the accused were black.

While such policies may not be as bad as some under the Clinton Justice Department -- which directly resulted in the deaths of informants against organised crime -- this type of blatant racial bias should not be tolerated at the city or county level, much less at the federal level.

The Chicago way of the Obama administration is simply the mob machine style of politics that has taken control in any number of corrupt Democratic Party controlled adminmistrations at all levels of government. Such criminal political machines typically maintain close ties to organised labour, and therefore to organised criminal organisations.

In such criminal administrations, prosecution is extremely selective, and citizens are typically not protected from genuine crime and oppression. Instead, citizens are subjected to ever greater levels of infringement of basic rights. Throw in the growing threat of frivolous lawsuit from the trial lawyer cabal, and the average person's rights are being cut off at the knees.

We have seen how the Obama administration has diminished the ability of persons in the private sector to create new businesses and jobs. By inflating the sinecured public sector at the expense of the productive sector, Obama Pelosi is shrinking the wealth creating capacity of the entire nation.

The nation was on the same downward trajectory under President Carter, before President Reagan rescued the drowning nation's economy. Now Mr. Obama has come to finish President Carter's unfinished mandate of irreparable malaise. That is the one thing he appears to be good at, other than teleprompter lip-synch.

Lord Barry's Secret Agenda Evading Scrutiny

Mr. Obama was radicalised by his mother -- from the very earliest age. Now that he is in a position to strike a blow for radicalism, he intends to do exactly that.
While Congress considers sweeping new legislation to permanently institutionalize the bailouts and federal control of our financial system (right on the heels of their health care takeover, of course) several other sweeping power grabs are going on outside the spotlight of legislative debate. Indeed President Obama seems to believe that most of his sweeping agenda to transform the country can be accomplished without even a vote of Congress. The chart seen above and found here shows what the administration is up to.

As I’ve previously noted here in the Fox Forum, the the EPA is pursuing an aggressive global warming power grab under the direction of White House Climate czar Carol Browner (who was not subject to Senate confirmation), and the FCC is pursuing a regulatory takeover of the Internet.

Both of those efforts are now escalating. The EPA has now finalized its vehicle emissions rule, for the first time regulating global warming under the 1970 Clean Air Act. While EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson is trying to calm a political backlash by promising the delay the onslaught of regulations (the overall blueprint is over 18,000 pages and regulates almost everything that moves and lots of things that stay put) she remains committed to them. The Senate will have a key vote on S.J. Res. 26, which would stop the EPA, some time in May.

The FCC was smacked down in court last week in Comcast v. FCC, which held that the Commission has no jurisdiction to regulate the Internet. Yet FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski, a close friend of Obama’s, is now considering Internet regulations of an even more extreme nature and by an even more dubious mechanism—reclassifying the Internet as a phone system to regulate it like an old-fashioned public utility.

Obama has a pattern of sidestepping Congress that will only get worse in the aftermath of the health care fight and the pending financial “reform” legislation. _Obama'sAgenda
Obama's massive debt blitzkrieg will begin to hit the already-stunned economy by the end of the year. If US voters do not wake up to the underlying agenda of freedom-destruction coming from the Obama Pelosi regime, it will almost certainly be too late in 2012 to reverse the O-P radical descent.

The anarchists and radicals of all types are out to disrupt the Tea Party and any other cohesive attempts to halt the O-P cascade into radical statism. As a result of attacks by leftists against Americans still devoted to the Constitution, there will be blood spilled. We hope that such violence can be contained to isolated incidents -- although labour unions, the media, and the Obama administration all appear to be urging the leftist reactionary anarchists on to the attack.

Obama Bows to Potemkin Putin

Russia saw more protests in the first three months of 2010 than it has seen over the past few years. A wave of demonstrations swept from one end of the country to the other. From Kaliningrad to Vladivostok, demonstrators for the first time made both economic and political demands, shouting “Down with the tariff increase!” and “Putin must go!”

The gap between the people and the government is widening further and further. _MoscowTimes

If more Russians could wake up from a vodka-sotted nationalistic stupour long enough to see how Putin's rule is destroying Russia, we would see even more protests in Russia. But Russians are too busy committing suicide, getting drunk, and dying of HIV / TB / heart disease / liver disease / and a growing curse of COPD, to comprehend how their government is sucking their irreplaceable life's blood.
Today, before our very eyes, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s once seemingly impregnable regime may be fading in the same way as its predecessors. In just ten years, Putinism, which was consciously designed by its image-makers as a simulacrum of a great ideological style, has run through all the classical stages of Soviet history. Indeed, Putinism now seems like a trite parody of all of them.
_TaipeiTimes

And yet the Obama - Pelosi reich is frantically rushing to provide Putin's pathetic Russia with a nuclear strategic advantage over a much larger, stronger, and richer United States. Why is Obama bowing to Potemkin Putin?

Because he is doing what he has wanted to do all his life -- what he has been saying that he would do if he ever got the chance. He is in the process of "dealing with" the fly in the ointment of a glorious dream that he inherited from his mother. A magnificent vision of a world without the anti-socialist hegemon.

Even if Obama is to be only a one-term president, he intends to make that one term count, in a way that is irreversible. He has already set the US on course for a catastrophic level of national debt that is 90% of national GDP before the end of the decade. We will see what other damage he can do in the time he has left.

Hope and change. The reality of Obama's form of the latter (change) makes the former (hope) so much more necessary than it ever was before. And so much more futile.

How Many Tea Partiers Voted for Obama?

Probably as many as 30%. The Tea Party movement is made up of Democrats, Independents, and Republicans. A growing proportion of Tea Partiers consist of disillusioned Obama supporters who finally started paying attention to what Obama was doing -- not just what he was saying.
A Pew poll in early March found 71 percent of Americans "dissatisfied with the way things are going in the country today," while a CNN poll showed that 56 percent of Americans are more than just discontented with Washington. Instead, that majority of respondents agreed that the government is "so large and powerful that it poses an immediate threat to rights and freedoms of ordinary citizens."

..."The tea party is the middle 50 percent of America that wants good governance and lean more to the right of Barack Obama on economic issues," says Mr. Hecker, the tea party activist. "By calling them bloodthirsty extremists you're kind of alienating a lot of independents that voted for Obama." _CSM

The fringe left now controls the Democratic Party, most of the US media, a large part of US academia and much of the loudest part of US intellectual life. Their natural instinct is to attack Tea Partiers like junkyard dogs. That may backfire.
The Tea Party is a movement defined by its preference for fiscal restraint and low taxes. Presented with two competing proposals to create jobs, over four out of five Tea Party members say tax cuts for small business will create more jobs than increased government spending on infrastructure. When the options were expanded, tax cuts still were chosen as the top job creator, but are closely followed by “expanding development of all energy resources.” Interestingly enough, the next runner up – “cracking down on illegal immigration” – was not more popular among Tea Party members (19 percent) than voters overall (16 percent).

Read more at the Washington Examiner: http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/columns/OpEd-Contributor/Kristen-Soltis--89771587.html#ixzz0k5ZNAKZQ _Examiner

Of course, once Obama - Pelosi begin focusing on their amnesty reform for illegal immigrants, a lot of Tea Partiers may get up to speed on immigration themselves. There is a difference, of course. A lot of pro-illegal immigration people are attorneys with ties to illegal organisations. The potential for violence during demonstrations against illegal immigration is higher than for anti-Obamacabre demonstrations.

Obama is losing support among the more productive and thoughtful members of society. He retains a firm grip on his large following of corrupt insiders, immature and inexperienced voters, Obama zombies, and the less intelligent members of society.

One-Party Rule Wearing Badly on Once Free Nation

Video Source via News Alert
The US is reeling under the blitzkrieg approach of the Obama - Pelosi reich to government. Having overrun private health care choice in favour of government dictate, the O - P reich now turns its eyes to overhauling the demographic makeup of the US.
The coming storm over immigration could be even more contentious than all the "ObamaCare" town hall meetings combined. It will also be a perilous challenge for Democrats trying to balance the conflicting interests of the Latino voters they wish to court, the businesses they promise to bolster, and the blue collar workers they need to turn out to vote in November. _Guardian
And yet the one-party reich cannot seem to help itself. It appears dedicated to transforming a once free, advanced, and prosperous nation into a nation of desperate government dependents who will have no choice but to keep returning the dictators to power -- echoes of Castro, Saddam Hussein, Mao, and other one-party state dictatorships that attempted to maintain an illusion of democracy.

The innovation and industry of the US private sector was once the pride of the world. But with time and corruption, constitutional protections from government overreach were torn down by bureaucrats, judges, and elected officials. Obama y Pelosi appear to see the end in sight -- permanent one party dictatorship. They cannot wait.

It's Not Lying If You Follow the Rules.....

And if you are a radical crusading for the new utopian order, there are no rules. Everything is a scripted deceit meant to engineer the new radical utopia. There is no truth, there is no meaning except the goal. Power to the (radical) people.

Remember: never let a devastating catastrophe that ruins millions of lives go to waste. Use it to your advantage. Crusade on, radical engineers of society. There are no rules for you.

The type of pseudo-intellectuals who are attracted to left radical ideas are precisely the persons whom no one who has anything important to do would miss were they to fall off the edge of the planet. People precisely like Barack Obama, whose followers consist mainly of zombies and opportunists.

The key to removing the ability of these miscreants to do harm, is simply to demonstrate that they are not needed.

Mr. Obama Needs a Robot er, Reboot

Once hailed as the Messiah and the Chosen One, Mr. Obama has run onto hard times -- a mere year after assuming the US presidency. Despite the unfailing support of the news and entertainment media -- the media's willingness to ignore Obama's gaffes, miscues, and absurdities -- the US public is getting tired of Mr. Hopey-Changey. Particularly since an extended financial recession and jobs crisis can be laid right at the door of Obama and the Democratic Congress.

Obama and Pelosi were warned not to pursue the nationalisation of the health care industry, the automobile industry, and the banking industry in the middle of a credit crunch and a jobs shortage, but the left-radical crusaders had waited too long to put their boot-print on the lone superpower of the world. In their eyes, the US had stood in the way of world socialist reform -- whether under the guise of climate change or under the naked banner of "social justice." Now, after a year of Obama - Pelosi, the US is much deeper in debt with nothing good to show for it, and no relief in sight.

The US public is slowly catching on to the emptiness of Obama's soaring rhetoric, and the destructiveness of his true ambitions. They are beginning to vote against the Obama - Pelosi agenda. Even formerly supportive international observers are beginning to question whether there is any substance behind the now threadbare emotions barely propping up the Obama bandwagon.
US President Barack Obama suffered a painful defeat in Massachusetts on Tuesday. With mid-term elections looming, it means that Obama will have to fundamentally re-think his political course. German commentators say it is the end of hope....

...This week, ... a week when Obama should have been celebrating the first anniversary of his inauguration -- may have been the president's worst yet. Scott Brown, an almost unknown Republican member of the Massachusetts Senate, defeated the Democratic candidate Martha Coakley for the US Senate seat vacated by the death of Senator Edward M. Kennedy. The defeat in a heavily Democratic state not only highlights Obama's massive loss of popular support during his first year in office, but it also could spell doom for his signature effort to reform the US health care system.
_Spiegel
German commentators? Check back in 50 years to see if an independent Germany still exists outside of the Dar al Islam. While their own country is being taken over by outsiders, German commentators take their valuable time to advise President Obama on how to retain his revolutionary momentum despite apparent losses in special elections. Just kidding. It is always interesting to get an outside view -- while it lasts. ;-)

The question: Does Mr. Obama need a robot? Perhaps a robot that looks and talks like him, but has a better rounded personality? A robot who says one thing and then does the same thing he says he will do, for a change? A robot who actually serves his constituency instead of serving special interests both within the US (unions, trial lawyers, investment banks) and outside the US -- while at the same time taking strong actions to hurt the backbone of the US economy and destroy US employment?

Such an Obama robot replacement might come as a relief to the American people. German commentators would of course be appalled. They had been so much counting on an American president whose policies -- while dysfunctional -- were in agreement with their own sensibilities.

US Economy Suffers Under Utopian Ideologue

U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue warned the U.S. faces a double-dip recession because of the taxes and regulations under consideration by the Democratic Congress and President Barack Obama.

Congress, the administration and states must recognize that our weak economy simply could not sustain all the new taxes, regulations and mandates now under consideration. It’s a sure-fire recipe for a double-dip recession, or worse,” Donohue said in a speech providing the Chamber's outlook for 2010. _TheHill

Going John Galt?  Why not?  Nothing in the Obama - Pelosi agenda is oriented toward the practical need for more work opportunities for millions of unemployed and underemployed Americans.  Nothing in the O - P master plan will boost small business startups and proprietor owned and run businesses.

Why instead would not the...small business person pull in his horns and wait out the statist experiment, as our present 10% unemployment rate suggests is actually now happening.....

....what we are witnessing millions of times over are the following conclusions of the small entrepreneur: “This guy hates me and what I stand for, and wants to appropriate lots of what I make and give it to others he likes better. Therefore I am not going to take any risks, since he’s either going to take lots of what I already made or even more of what I hope to make.” _VDH

This is the age of skyrocketing government debt without end.  The entire point of most of the ongoing debt appears to be redistributing wealth and opportunity away from productive persons toward others who are more likely to vote for O - P and friends.

...The relationship between government debt and real GDP growth is weak for debt/GDP ratios below a threshold of 90 percent of GDP. Above 90 percent, median growth rates fall by one percent, and average growth falls considerably more. We find that the threshold for public debt is similar in advanced and emerging economies… _PrisonPlanet

Peak Oil Doom: Is It Logical?

A large number of websites are devoted to the idea that western civilisation is doomed by "Peak Oil." The Oil Drum is one of the most popular such sites, and you can find many others on their blogroll. The definition for Peak Oil appears to change as predictions from the old definitions inevitably fail.

To understand the reality behind Peak Oil better, here are two well reasoned analyses:

Michael Lynch "Crop Circles in the Desert" PDF
... the number of drilling rigs in Saudi Arabia is not very different from what it was three decades ago. The increase seen in the last 20 years reflects rising production and the need to offset depletion, plus the recent expansion program. Andnote that the U.S. industry is currently employing 1,400 rigs, more than40 times as many as Saudi Arabia.76 Thus, in order to believe the thesis that Saudi oil output is near a peak, it is necessary to believe that production costs will soar and productivity decline in a manner never seen before, contradicting both resource economics and industry experience. Incremental change is the norm, particularly when dealing with large numbers, and the possibility that costs could become prohibitive in the short term due to depletion is essentially absurd.

Robert Rapier "Reflections on the Saudi Wars"
If you simply rationalize away wrong predictions, you will likely continue to make them. But I have also learned that people using shoddy analyses to make predictions are also unlikely to own up to failed predictions. There appears to be a strong correlation between them embracing shoddy analyses that gives them the "right" answers - and rationalizing when the "right" answers turn out to be wrong.

Two recent news stories relevant to peak oil:

Fears of Oil Depletion are Exaggerated
"Assuming an extraction rate of 35 per cent, the Arab oil deposits in place could reach 2,738 billion barrels. This means the oil quantities that cannot be extracted by present technology are around 1,809 billion barrels, which are nearly 645 billion barrels above the world's proven oil resources. These quantities, if they can be extracted, will meet the world needs for 60 years.

Peak Oil: Are We There Yet?
Though oil may peak some time in the future, CERA concludes that there is little doubt that existing and potential future resources can support capacity growth through 2030.
Fossil fuels are a finite resource -- given the long period of time necessary to create them. That is a truism. You are not justified in making a leap to the assertion: "world oil production has already peaked!" You must support such an assertion using undisputed facts. The Peak Oil Doom movement has avoided the use of supported logic, in favour of emotional appeals to "the scarcity instinct," that deep fear inside many humans that keeps telling them that doom is just around the corner.

Hydrocarbons, on the other hand, are not a finite resource. Hydrocarbons are an infinitely renewable and sustainable energy resource that wait only for human ingenuity to catch up to human vision.

Peak oil does, in fact exist in one form -- political peak oil. Policies being put in place by Obama's DOE and EPA virtually guarantee high energy costs in the US and a greater need to import overseas oil. The Obama - Pelosi government is stepping all over the US energy industry's ability to produce energy of almost all important forms -- oil, coal, gas, oil sands, oil shale, nuclear, etc. Such destruction of home-grown energy potential is sure to constrict US economic growth.

"Green energy" initiatives cannot come close to making up for this government-induced energy starvation. Such economic suicide could only be based upon ideological obtuseness -- in this case, carbon hysteria.

Obama is incapable of learning and changing. His brain was fixed in its stupidity at a very early age. Only by getting rid of the entire cabal of death-wishers that populate the US government executive and legislative branches (and many federal courts) can the US economy genuinely recover.

Self-limiting delusions such as peak oil, global warming catastrophe, overpopulation, widespread environmental devastation, etc. are the mental shackles that prevent us from growing a better world.

Leftism and Islamism Saving the Planet From You

“Think globally, act locally” works for environmentalism and jihad. Adherents of both causes are saving the planet from the same enemy — decadent capitalist infidels living empty consumerist lives. Both faiths claim their tenets are beyond discussion. Only another climate scientist can question the climate-science “consensus”: You busboys and waitresses and accountants and software designers and astronomers and physicists and meteorologists are unqualified to enter the debate. Likewise, on Islam, for an unbeliever to express a view is “Islamophobic.” As to which of these competing globalisms is less plausible, I leave it to readers: Barack Obama promises to lower the oceans; Hizb ut-Tahrir promises a global caliphate. The Guardian’s ecopalyptic Fred Pearce says Australia will be uninhabitable within a few years; Islam4UK says Britain will be under sharia within a few years. Mark Steyn
If you're counting on your government to save you from the coming age of neo-feudalism, don't bother. Your government is controlled by people who would rather doom you and your children to third class citizenship and impoverishment, rather than to offend religious supremacists or third world dictators with IQs under 90 (ruling populations with average IQs of 85 or below).

If you think something needs doing to preserve a future for you and yours, you'd best do it yourself.
