Are Obama and friends trying to set of a new civil war, hoping to reap the spoils? As wealth and resources are transferred from the private to the public sector at an accelerating rate, that unfortunate event grows more likely. The close proximity of the impoverished to the enriched in modern cities, threatens to light the short fuse.
"We certainly are approaching a crisis with public employee costs and benefits," said Adam Summers, a policy analyst with Reason Foundation, a conservative think tank.
